Virtual Therapy

“4 Cs” to make your life easier.

Since the COVID outbreak, virtual therapy has become one of the many new norms. And it can be really beneficial. In my practice, I offer the option of both in-person and virtual sessions.

I find that telehealth works well for many clients. Here are the “4 Cs” of the beneficial qualities of virtual therapy:

Comfort

You get to feel your emotions in the privacy of your own space. This could be in your sweats, with a warm cup of your favorite tea, next to your pet, sitting comfortably on your couch, at the kitchen table, or in your home office.

All you have to do is click the link I provide, and our session begins. Many of my clients share they feel more comfortable being vulnerable when they’re in their personal space.

Convenient

No more rushing to get to a session on time, worrying about traffic, or the metro running behind. No more dreading walking in the snow or rain to get to therapy.

When you subtract the time of getting you to and from your appointment, it makes scheduling therapy much more practical.

Confidential

You get an extra layer of privacy with online therapy. Some people feel uneasy going to a therapy office because someone they know might see them in the building or waiting room.

We’ll have our session using HIPAA-compliant video technology. That means we’ll use a platform with special security to ensure your privacy on the Internet.

Cost-efficient

Forget about transportation costs, the parking meters, or worrying about the drive or weather conditions. All you need is Internet/WiFi, a smartphone or laptop/computer, and a confidential space.
